Kelly Wendorf

Kelly is an executive and personal coach, published author, spiritual mentor, disruptor, and socially responsible entrepreneur.  Throughout her life she has lived and worked around the world, studying with many spiritual and Indigenous leaders in India, Africa, Indonesia and Australia. Such immersion in multi-cultural perspectives has honed a passion for creating a new narrative in the human condition, empowering high-performing individuals, organizations, and their leaders to wield meaningful change in their families, communities, and in the world through servant leadership and innovative business development. 

Her book, Flying Lead Change (Sounds True) was released in December 2020.  An intuitive lifelong horsewoman, she developed The EQUUS Experience® — an award-winning equine-assisted transformational learning process. Wisdom Circles and The EQUUS Experience® are recognized as powerful differentiators in organizational change circles as breakthrough learning and discovery.

My name is Matt Chavlovich, and over the last 25 years, I’ve become an expert in leadership and human performance. 


I've traveled the world teaching, coaching, and creating intimate experiences that equip leaders with the tools to shift their careers, relationships, and lives into fulfilling masterpieces.  

My clients include athletes, coaches, authors, and some of the most influential and loving leaders in the world who run businesses, universities, and communities responsible for hundreds of thousands of lives.  

I have succeeded at some of the highest athletic and corporate levels that exist and have held leadership positions at five global companies in three different industries. I’ve been a Vice President at a major sports League, a professional soccer player, and completed two Ironman Triathlons.  

As a single dad of two beautiful children, my heart is my superpower, and connecting you with yours is my gift.
